A quiet way to say how you’re doing.

Quiet Signal is a free daily check-in for chronic pain, PTSD, and anxiety. Log how you’re feeling in 15 seconds — and let someone you trust know, without having to find the words out loud.

Free at launch · No ads · Private by default

Designed with severe anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain in mind — including veterans and military families. Open to everyone.

Fifteen seconds. Three honest scales.

No lengthy assessments. No streaks to keep up. Just a quiet, honest record of how you’re doing — kept for you, and only you.

Check in

Pain, anxiety, and energy on three quick scales, plus an optional note. About 15 seconds, once a day — on the days you want to.

Share only what you choose

Send a short, plain-language status to someone you trust. They don’t need the app or an account. Nothing is ever shared automatically — you decide, every time.

Reflect, gently

A weekly look back at your own words and patterns, framed as personal reflection — never a diagnosis, never a score to beat.

Share a status, not your whole story.

After a check-in, choose to send a short message to a partner, a friend, a family member. They see how you’re doing — you keep the details.

It started with someone we love.

Quiet Signal was first built for one person — someone living with anxiety and PTSD who needed a way to tell her family how she was doing without feeling trapped by the question. It grew with veterans and military families in mind too. It’s for anyone who finds it hard to put how they’re feeling into words out loud. Quiet Signal is in testing now with a small group of early users, ahead of launch on Google Play.
